How will my Tax Return information be delivered?
After your Past Year Tax Return information has been retrieved, you will be sent an e-mail notification that you information is available. That e-mail will include a link where you can login and view/print your Tax return infomation. You can also use the Print Request from the "Copies of Past Tax Returns" screen to login and view/print your Tax return infomation.
Why is AGI required
Whenever a "Third Party" (like our company) requests personal income tax information about an individual, the IRS requires that a "shared secret" be provided that only the individual person would know. This is for your protection. It prevents someone from accessing your personal tax information without your authorization. For the purpose of retrieving your Past Year Tax Returns, the IRS requires both AGI and Date-of-Birth.

Retrieved information is incomplete.
Your Past Year Tax Return information is retrieved from the IRS database. It includes all of the forms, schedules, and information detail that the IRS stores there and makes available to us. When the IRS stores your tax return information in their database, they do not enter 100% of the detailed information. Things like individual charitable contributions and individual stock and interest income transactions are not entered into the database, and are thus not available for us to present to you.
- Generally, only summary totals of these types of items are available.
